Who is Sherrise?
“I love what I do, but even more—I love why I do it. Design is my way of helping people show up in the world with confidence and clarity.”
Sherrise is a multidisciplinary designer with a heart for helping brands find their voice and make it unforgettable. Whether she’s crafting bold visuals for sports graphics, developing thoughtful brand identities, or rolling up her sleeves for a city-wide project, her mission stays the same: to create work that sticks—and serves.
Graduating in 2013 with a B.A. in Graphic Design from Eastern Connecticut State University, Sherrise jumped headfirst into freelance work and hasn’t looked back. With 12+ years of experience under her belt, she’s partnered with everyone from small businesses to government teams—most recently signing a design contract with the Town of East Hartford.
While her professional path has woven through both education and design, she sees both worlds as a space to build, teach, and inspire.
Though she can do a lot , her sweet spot lies in sports and brand identity design—where energy, emotion, and storytelling collide. She brings intention to every detail and believes design isn’t just about making things look good—it’s about making people feel something real.
Outside of client work, Sherrise is passionate about pouring into the next generation. As an educator, she’s led countless students to discover their creative voice and take pride in their ideas.
She believes creativity is a gift from God—a tool to empower, connect, and uplift. Her faith shows up in how she works: with purpose, grace, and a deep belief that design can be a force for good.
